As some of you may know, the Mr. and I don’t yet have any
human babies, but we love our Murphy Dog oh-so much. We rescued him from The
Seattle Animal Shelter when he was just 3 months old and haven’t stopped
spoiling this lazy-eyed, wiggly butt boy 4 years later.
Most years Murphy’s birthday “party” is as simple as an extra scratch behind his ear and a new box of Milk Bones (his favorite). This year we wanted to really celebrate our boy with a Bones and Bowties Party.
We gathered our dream team of vendors consisting of my
sister Lacy of GingerLou Events, Designer Elizabeth Ekstrom and of course, Two
Bird Studio for the amazing images you see below. This was a group effort in every every way, these ladies took the party to a whole new level, I love all of their work!
Each dog dressed up
for the party where there was plenty of tug a war, ruff housing and sweet
treats for all. This party was so much fun to put on and I think Murphy and his buddies enjoyed every minute.
